The prosecution ordered an autopsy
Taken by rescuers for an assessment, the train driver refused to be taken to hospital. The 48-year-old man was left on site by the firefighters, before being questioned by the police. The public prosecutor, Magali Josse, declared to our colleagues that “the victim was on the railway tracks, outside the station”.
