The anger continues for farmers. After a day of mobilization, Tuesday November 19 in Bordeaux, the Rural Coordination will continue its actions to make its voice heard.
This Wednesday, November 20, representatives of the CR47 announced their arrival in Bordeaux. Last March, they dumped slurry on the Miroir d’eau.
A departure from Agen in mid-morning
After spending a long day in front of the Agen prefecture, the members of CR47 will begin their second day of mobilization by joining Bordeaux.
“We are leaving from Agen and we are going to carry out actions in Bordeaux or around the city,” explains José Pérez, co-president of CR47.
The convoy will set off from the D813 to gradually reach the Gironde capital around midday. Future actions have not yet been revealed but José Pérez, during a speech before departure, indicated that the members of CR47 would “join those of Gironde and other strategic points”.
A night in front of the Leclerc purchasing center
Farmers from Lot-et-Garonne come to support their Girondin counterparts in their fight. Yesterday evening, members of Rural Coordination 33 were mobilized in front of the Leclerc purchasing center, located in Beychac-et-Caillau.
Around thirty farmers spent the night on the site to denounce the prices at which the supermarket buys their products. This Wednesday morning, the blockage was destined to continue.
