The crazy story of Accor’s Olympic ice for Paris 2024 – La Réclame

Everything to leave you with an unforgettable memory.

With more than 15 million tourists expected, the hotel industry may have to roll up its sleeves during the Olympic Games. This is the case for Accor, the European leader in hotel groups. And to welcome its visitors as they should be, the group has pulled out all the stops.

It is in a campaign in collaboration with Paris 2024, and signed by Havas Play, that Accor shows itself ready to do anything for its customers. Every little desire of the residents counts. Entitled “You can’t imagine the memories we have in store for you”, the group’s objective is to bring the most beautiful moments to visitors and to embody the group’s mission.

In a thrilling adventure, we accompany Jean, an employee of an Accor Hotel who has only one objective: to offer an ice cream to a young resident who dropped hers. It is in a frantic race that the concierge will travel through Paris in pursuit of the taxi carrying the child, to make him smile again. Encouraged by the crowd and passers-by, Jean will unite Paris around his journey, leaving an unforgettable memory for those who met him. The confetti scene was filmed at dawn in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, to the delight of the residents…

The film is available in two other 12-second versions where we find a receptionist and a waitress ready to take on the most athletic disciplines to avoid the slightest misfortune for their customers.

“Elle [la campagne] highlights Accor’s sense of hospitality and its ability to deliver exceptional experiences to its guests at all the major events that inspire and unite people around the world,” said Stéphanie DartevelleVP Sponsoring Europe & North Africa.

The message is clear: the hotel group is ready to welcome its visitors, more determined than ever to leave them with unforgettable memories.
