The Architecture and Heritage Department (DPA) brings together the missions
– upkeep and maintenance in the areas of building, green spaces/locksmithing, roads, garage and maintenance of premises,
– operation management for new projects or building rehabilitation
– implementation of the community's energy policy (thermal renovation of real estate assets, monitoring and optimization of consumption, improvement of user practices, etc.).
There are around sixty employees who are committed every day to working to improve the living environment of the inhabitants of this dynamic region. The DPA is concerned in all of its projects with resource management issues: low-consumption and low-carbon construction, sobriety of use, renewable energies, environmental measures, etc.

The missions that await you
– Lead, lead and coordinate the Technical Center with 4 service managers (around 50 agents)
– Manage the household maintenance service of the premises: supervision of teams, monitoring of outsourced services, management of purchases of materials and supplies
– Develop and monitor the Technical Center budgets
– Develop and monitor contracts for supplies, services and works necessary for the operation of the technical center in compliance with regulatory procedures,
– Develop and monitor a multi-year investment plan relating to the areas of intervention of the Technical Center,
– Establish a strategic plan for the upkeep and maintenance of built heritage and roads
– Establish a strategic plan for renewing the rolling fleet with regard to the challenges of ecological transition
– Guarantee the safety of occupants and users with regard to all risks (fire safety, solidity, security, health risks, etc.)
– Implement appropriate reporting.

You work 36.5 hours per week and have 22.5 days of annual leave + 7.5 days of RTT.
The organization of working time is flexible (depending on the services): you work 4 days, 4 and a half days, 5 days depending on your personal organization, with the possibility of telework up to 2 days per week.

This permanent position is open to civil servants; if you do not hold a civil service, you can be hired on a 3-year fixed-term contract
