HORROR – Already convicted of the rape of a nephew, this 41-year-old father had proposed, via encrypted messaging, to six individuals to rape his two teenagers. He received a five-year prison sentence and his parental authority was withdrawn.
The case which was examined on Tuesday by the Rennes criminal court is particularly atrocious. As reported West France, a 41-year-old father appeared for having suggested that strangers rape his children. Already convicted in 2013 by the Haute-Savoie Assize Court for the rape of a nephew and the sexual assault of a little girl, the defendant had, via encrypted messaging, offered six individuals to rent a house for raping his two teenagers during the Christmas holidays in 2022.
It was a crackdown in child pornography circles that led to the arrest of the forty-year-old, separated from his children since his incarceration. Two other participants in this pedophile group were also arrested.
A “fantasy”, according to the father
At the bar, the father, who had a “particularly pervasive pedophile disorder” according to an expert, indicated that his plan was “fantasy”, assuring that he would never have carried it out.
