They left their farms and hit the road. This Monday, November 18, 2024, several dozens of farmers responded to the call from the departmental federation of agricultural operators' unions of Île-de-France and are currently demonstrating on the national 118 towards Paris where several lanes are closed.

“Very heavy traffic”
If the blockage is located near Vélizy-Villacoublay, the Hauts-de-Seine prefecture warns motorists against “very heavy traffic” near exit 5 (Petit Clamart). She recommends, “if possible”, avoiding the area.
According to the Sytadin.fr traffic jam barometer, the cumulative traffic jam at 8:50 a.m. is 425 kilometers.
The following areas should be avoided:
– The RN12, the D446 and the D117 from Houdan to Vélizy
– The A10 motorway and the N118 from Péage de Longvilliers to Vélizy
– The RN20 from Étampes to the junction with the RN104 then with the A10.
– The RD74 at Auvernaux, the RD17, the RD117 until the junction with the RD19 at the communes of Brétigny-sur-Orge and Égly.
