This series annoyed many Moselle mayors during the summer, and continues to cause tensions this fall, for example in an activity zone in Florange this week. Local elected officials have spoken several times to ask for more resources and more responsiveness from the State. The deputy for Moselle, Nathalie Colin-Oesterlé, also questioned the Minister of the Interior at the end of October on this issue.

Bruno Retailleau therefore promises the creation of a working group to meet the expectations of mayors. This group will have the mission of “determine a new doctrine of intervention and evacuation, with legal tools and instruments”describes the minister. But “it's necessary a new arsenal, particularly to hit the walletto carry out heritage investigations, to be able to seize property”he adds.
