L’Ecam
Louis-de-Broglie (named after the 1929 Nobel Prize in Physics) was founded in 1991 by four industrial engineers. The identification of two laboratories linked to the themes of future training, Lusac (University Laboratory of Applied Sciences of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin) and Greyc (research laboratory in digital sciences, biomedical imaging and multimedia), has also motivated this Breton school to expand into Normandy.
This establishment is supported by the Normandy Region and the Cotentin Agglomeration. “The Region, whose strategy is extremely proactive in helping the creation and development of new higher education establishments, and more particularly engineering schools, will ensure project management of the construction,” indicates the president of the Agglo.
