Nintendo warns Switch players of a new danger for their console, we expected anything but that!

Nintendo is definitely not a company like any other. While everyone is waiting for the Switch 2 to be made official, the manufacturer is talking to us very seriously about something else entirely.

Nintendo plays with our nerves. Gamers around the world have been waiting for months for the manufacturer to officially announce the Switch 2. He is so stingy with information that every time he posts a message on X (Twitter)hope immediately grew. But the cold shower is systematic. Nintendo don't speak for the sake of saying anything since we are still entitled to the release of a smart alarm clock or even a music streaming service dedicated to the company's video games.

Except that's not really the kind of message fans are expecting. As for the one that the manufacturer chose to publish a few days ago, it leaves Internet users even more perplexed. In itself, it's still technically useful, but let's just say we didn't expect it to be necessary to write it.

Nintendo publishes a surprising official message on its X account

Nintendo's message says this: “If you take your eyes off it, your Nintendo Switch becomes a toy for your pet! By the time you realize it, she's already covered in drool… Saliva and urine from pets can cause malfunctions due to water damage. If you have a pet, be careful where you place your Nintendo Switch“.

It's unclear why the Japanese company felt the need (no pun intended) to issue this warning. Perhaps she has noticed an abnormal increase in the number of calls to the after-sales service for Switch damaged by animal bladders.

Nintendo is absolutely right that said: we must not leave our Switch within reach of our four-legged furballs on pain of one day having an unpleasant surprise, even if only fang marks on the Joy Con. Prevention is better than cure as they say.
