Each time, the principle is the same: housed in a 40 m² mobile home and equipped with a cold room, the grocery store is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a promise of “700 references at supermarket prices”. To enter, you must download an application on your mobile phone or obtain an access card. Customers scan their items themselves and pay with a bank card before leaving, under the gaze of surveillance cameras.
