In the meantime, the premises were occupied by the Adapei de l’Orne and the Autisme Basse-Normandie association to make it a resource center around disability and autism.

Since May 3, 2024, Maud Therese, Camille Lecourt et Marion Bernardentrepreneurs, driving force ofassociation Once upon a time, took possession of the premises, to “gauge the possible viability of a permanent business” at a time other than that of the end-of-year holidays, necessarily misleading in terms of attendance. They will stay there until Saturday July 13.

Textile creations, jewelry, candles, beers, wooden decoration, stationery, plants with aromatic and medicinal scents are all items made by around twenty local artisan-producers-creators who are members of the association. Its age range goes from 32 to sixty. The collective has four men whose areas of activity are plants, chairs, honey and beer.

Such an exhibition may represent a real opportunity, but it is necessary to deal with the calendar of a place not necessarily available on the desired dates, an equation well integrated by the thinking heads of the association.

Maud Thérèse is president of the association created last October, Camille Lecourt secretary and Marion Bernard treasurer. The first is from Alençon, the other two are neighbors in Arçonnay, where Camille Lecourt came to settle during confinement in 2020.

They explain that they want to wait to draw a with of this second session and hope, of course, for an increase in turnover with the start of summer and passing tourists by mid-July.
