The fishing port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (Côtes-d’Armor) will host, Friday November 22, theregistration of the radio show the Table des Bons Vivants, hosted by Laurent Mariotte and broadcast every Saturday morning on Europe 1.

Meeting the fishermen of the bay

Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Laurent Mariotte invites to his Table of Bons Vivants personalities (chefs, artists or intellectuals, etc.) who come to share the pleasures of friendly and accessible cuisine.

The Saturday November 23he and his team will set off to meet the fishermen of the bay of Saint-Brieuc.

They will talk together about the scallops from the bay of Saint-Brieuc, its artisanal, sustainable and responsible fishing, as well as its unique taste.

A starred chef in the kitchen

At the guest table: starred chef Mathieu Aumont, from the Aux Pesked restaurant in Saint-Brieuc. He will cook a recipe based on scallops and fish caught by boats belonging to the Cobrenord cooperative, which brings together 200 artisanal fishing vessels.

Artisans from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc will also be present and will promote the regional culinary heritage, all in the presence of an audience.

Laurent Mariotte and his team will also receive the writer Laurent Gounelle.

The show will be recorded on Friday, November 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. from the fishing port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
