Both aged 19, they declared during their police custody that they had hit the victim because of “inappropriate behavior” towards the girlfriend of the third attacker, in the toilets of the nightclub. She refuted these remarks. According to the Public Prosecutor, the soldier would have “on two occasions, attempted a seductive approach, asking him for his mobile number”.
An act that did not please the three men. In front of the HQ nightclub, they beat him in the face and made him fall violently on his head. Hospitalized since Friday, the twenty-year-old is in an artificial coma and suffers from serious brain damage.
