In January 2025, the election of members of the interdepartmental chamber of agriculture of Nord-Pas-de-Calais will take place.
► Submission of applications
Nominations must be submitted by a representative.
The collection of applications will be carried out, by appointment, at the Nord prefecture, 12 rue Jean Sans Peur in Lille, on the following days and times:
- from Monday December 9 to Friday December 13, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.;
- Monday December 16, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Candidates can make an appointment by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 03.20.30.52.33.
A draw by college between the candidate lists to determine the order of presentation on the electronic voting platform will take place on Wednesday December 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Nord prefecture, 12 rue Jean Sans Peur in Lille.
► Submission of propaganda documents
Candidate lists wishing to obtain the assistance of the electoral operations organization commission for sending their propaganda documents to voters must submit:
- at the Northern Prefecture – Directorate of Regulation and Citizenship – Citizenship Office – Elections Section – 12, rue Jean Sans Peur in Lille, a copy of their circular and their ballot no later than Thursday January 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., in order to verify the conformity of the documents;
- et at the Interdepartmental Chamber of Agriculture of Nord-Pas-de-Calais – 56 avenue Roger Salengro in Saint-Laurent-Blangy, all circulars and bulletins voting, for sending to voters, no later than Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
