– La Botte Paysanne in Sivry will open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the presence of producers, tastings and a conference by Xavier Anciaux on the short circuit.
– Carolostore, in Marcinelle, will open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a meeting of producers (L'Emporium, Lait de Chimay, Brasserie de la Lesse), games and recipes for the holidays and an exploratory visit.
– CoopESEM will celebrate the first anniversary of its Florennes store, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with tastings, a bar, games for children, 5% reduction and screening of the film Intensive followed by a debate. This store will soon have to move, we mentioned it recently in our columns. But the future address of Coopesem is not yet known, contacts being made as part of the search for a new location in the Florence region.
– Coopéco, in Marchienne-au-Pont, also opens from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with tastings and a game and recipes for the holidays.
– The Alchemin Distillerie, in Laneffe, will offer a discovery of its facilities, musical entertainment and a barbecue, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
– In Surice, the Champignol farm organizes a visit to the cheese dairy and market gardening, as well as a small tasting, at 10:30 a.m.
– The Raz Buzée farm in Gerpinnes opens in the afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a visit to the dairy farm (milking, yogurt making workshop).
– In Romerée, the Brasserie des Eaux Vives offers two tours of the facilities, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., with a tasting of local beers which constitute a real family, including M. Mouche, Dame Bibiche, Bichette and Rose des Brooks.
– La Gare des Saveurs, in Solre-Saint-Géry, opens from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a visit to the orchard's pressing workshop, with tasting.
– The Jardin-Santé de Saint-Gérard will welcome the public for two visits from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.), with a demonstration of plant grinding for composting and a visit to the cultivation space.
– The Epicoeur cooperative, in Bons Villers, will open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a broadcast of videos on short food circuits and product tasting.
