Checked at Agen station, he presents a false Italian identity card
It’s an incredible story that took place on Monday, November 11 in the evening. It was 10:30 p.m. when the police were called to Agen station. A 40-year-old man, particularly agitated, is checked. He presents an Italian identity card which turns out to be false and which he allegedly bought for €40. He is also in possession of a scooter, equipped with an anti-theft device. The man claims not to have the keys and claims to have bought the two-wheeler for €200. He is still being heard in police custody.
Found in tears, he accuses the person he is hosting of rape
The facts date back to the night of Sunday 10 to Monday 11 November. A 36-year-old man is found crying in the street in Agen. Alerted, the police took his testimony. He met his alleged attacker, a homeless man of foreign nationality, in a supermarket and decided to accommodate him. The victim told the police that she had been raped by her guest after a drunken evening. The alleged rapist, a 42-year-old man, was arrested and taken into custody, but he denied the accusations against him. The medical examiner's report reportedly revealed no trace of sexual violence. Pending the victim's analysis results, the homeless man was released.
