Timo Leonetti died at the age of 22 after an accident during the French paragliding championships in Haute-Savoie.

“His passion and dedication for paragliding were unparalleled, and he was respected and admired by his peers for his expertise and sportsmanship. The accident occurred in Passy Plaine-Joux (Haute-Savoie). In critical condition, he was transported to Annecy hospital.
