Wave of burglaries in Nièvre, the gendarmes call for vigilance

Burglars have been rampant in the department. In less than 24 hours, between Friday and Saturday November 9, several burglaries were noted by the police. They call for vigilance.

Several burglaries took place in Nièvre between Friday November 8 and Saturday November 9. The police noticed several thefts. In each case, the thief(s) broke into entrances and searched all the rooms. Inventories are underway in the accommodation concerned.

The flights concern the towns of Pouilly-sur-, Coulanges-lès-, Cosne-sur-Loire and Corbigny. An attempt was also noted in Sermoise-sur-Loire. The police are calling for vigilance.

Another theft was noted on Saturday November 9 by the national police in Nevers. This time the thieves forced a door to enter a home. But it was empty of any occupants and no objects were inside. They left empty-handed.
