With the opening of the Montmirat boutique dedicated to local products from Lozère, Stéphanie Bonaldi, originally from the town, wishes to share the taste of the land of her father's adopted land.
This adventure was born from an opportunity: owner of the commercial premises, Stéphanie seized the chance to bring it back to life after the departure of its tenant. Inspired by her father, Jean-Patrick Bonaldi, based in Lozère in Saint-Étienne-du-Valdonnez since 2017, where he created a butcher's shop, an inn and a boutique selling local products, she in turn launched into the valorization Lozerian flavors. The “100% Lozère” boutique offers a selection of exceptional products from Jean-Patrick Bonaldi's butcher's shop, known for its ultra-short circuit: his Aubrac cattle breeder is just 9 km from his establishment.
Engaged in artisanal production, Jean-Patrick himself processes Aubrac and free-range pork meats from the GAEC Durand farm in Badieux (Lozère). Terrines, sausages, cooked dishes, everything is homemade while respecting traditions.
Among the flagship products, we find: 100% Aubrac bolognese, bull bolognese, 5 kg game boxes, charcoal, sausages, pouteille, deer stew, wild boar stew, fawn stew, chorizo with red beans, coppa, ribs of Aubrac and farm pork, fricandeaux, head cheese, pouteille d'Aubrac, and much more, with arrivals that vary with the seasons.
The shop also offers lentils, artisan biscuits, honey, cheese and yogurt from local farms.
