In Deux-Sèvres, as at the national level, the score achieved by the National Rally list reached an unprecedented level during the European elections. In the department, the list led by Jordan Bardella reached the score of 29.75%.

In reaction to this breakthrough by the far right, rallies took place throughout France and New Aquitaine this Monday, June 10. In Deux-Sèvres, the gathering will take place this Tuesday, June 11, from 7 p.m., in front of the prefecture.

A rally launched by the inter-union

This gathering is organized by the inter-union, made up of the CGT, FSU and Solidaireswhich calls for “a popular front” against the far right and to “reaffirm that we are and will remain anti-fascists”.

The inter-union is calling for a rally in Niort, this Tuesday, June 11. At the national level, she called for rallies over the weekend to affirm the fight against the ideas of the far right in view of the legislative elections.
