A thorny issue

This Thursday, November 7, the criminal court of Saint-Brieuc should have looked into the thorny issue of various scams, accused of the owner of the Manoir du Jaudy located at the entrance to the town of Langoat.

But this was without taking into account the two requests for referrals made by the lawyers of the company “Blue Event” and that of the defendant Sylvain Guenard.

Who is the manager?

The SARL's lawyer was only recently contacted by his client and did not have time to study the file.

The president was also surprised of this designation and questioned the accused on this subject.

The defendant’s response is laconic “No”

The magistrate added: “You will not be able to represent Blue Event before this court.”

A lawyer in two places

At the request of the court, the official manager of the SARL will also be summoned for the hearing of the next spring.

As for the defendant's lawyer, he could not be present at the criminal hearing, pleading at the same time at the JIRS of (Specialized Interregional Jurisdiction), he could therefore not plead simultaneously in the two courts.

Around ten victims

It is therefore on April 3 at 1:30 p.m. that the hearing of the Saint-Brieuc criminal court. Audience long awaited by the ten victims who have become civil parties in this case, hoping to be able to recover the damages suffered.

Under judicial supervision

Six infractions are accused of the owner of this mansion and three of the SARL Blue Event.

While waiting for this date, the judicial control of the accused, now residing with his parents in Ille-et-Vilaine, is maintained.
