Weekend Max Mara Merci launched its collaborative capsule collection in Paris, creating a surprising pop-up of oversized suitcases within its trendy boutique in the Marais.
This capsule from the fall-winter 2024/25 season of Weekend Max Mara and Merci presents a collection of four pieces. Completed with a bomber jacket, a belted dress coat, a sweatshirt and a long-sleeved t-shirt. Available in shades of camel, light gray and ivory, these designs feature a co-branded logo and colorful patches.
The capsule began being sold in the Merci boutique last week, alongside an Fall-Winter 2024/25 selection from Weekend Max Mara. Presented within a large suitcase-shaped structure, with suspended lighting and giant luggage tags.
The exhibition will be held in two distinct spaces within Merci: la Coupole until November 10 and la Civette from November 11 to December 31. This means that the designs will also be featured in the store during the holiday season.
This co-branding is the latest initiative by Weekend Max Mara to broaden its horizons, which follows on the one hand the creation of its handbag Pastry, in association with two French manufacturers with a long tradition: Dentelles André Laude and the enamel creator Manufacture des Emaux de Longwy 1798, and on the other hand a collection from the very fashionable British designer Kate Phelan, in February 2023.
Launched in 1983 as a casual collection suitable for leisure, Weekend Max Mara is designed to be an authentic Italian lifestyle brand, uniquely elegant, for all occasions. Weekend Max Mara is available in approximately 250 mono-brand boutiques and department stores worldwide.
