Chef dePart / Cheffe dePart – CDI Atica is an immersive restaurant; a space in the heart of celebrating cultures through gastronomy and art. The Atica experience takes place in 8 acts during which guests discover a new culture each season. The first is the Basque region, a rich culinary and artistic cradle steeped in a meeting between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. Objectives • Guarantee a memorable experience • Become an Atica ambassador Responsibilities • Team: integrate and contribute to collective success by aligning your efforts with the vision of Atica • Opening: participate in the opening of Atica by working closely with the brigade to offer an unforgettable first experience • Creativity: add your touch to the experience, by continually innovating and exploring world cultures • Stocks: contribute to the efficient management of stocks, control costs and ensure the constant quality of the ingredients used • Hygiene : collaborate in the organization of the kitchen to guarantee strict compliance with HACCP hygiene, safety and production standards • Client: put guest satisfaction at the heart of your priorities by offering a unique service while respecting the tempo of experience The profile we are looking for • Training in a renowned hotel school • Minimum experience of 1 year in gourmet restaurants • Passion for excellence and desire to work in a gastronomic environment • Excellent execution skills: contribute to serving a gourmet meal perfectly coordinated with the immersive audiovisual experience • Culinary creativity: curiosity about various cuisines, mastery of traditional and modern techniques What we offer • Position based in Paris, in the 5th arrondissement • Permanent contract 44 hours/week • Continuous days without breaks • 2 consecutive days of rest (Sundays and Mondays) • 50% transport ticket reimbursement • Daily meal at the restaurant • Alan health and welfare insurance • A superb corporate culture Atica is an equal opportunities employer.
