Raymonde Boissenot, this resident of Meylan who left her home late Thursday morning after announcing to her husband her intention to go for a walk on the paths that dominate the town, remains nowhere to be found. At the end of the second full day of all-out searches carried out by the gendarmes of the Meylan company and the PGHM with the reinforcement of two dog teams from Sdis 38 (Departmental Fire and Rescue Service), this 77-year-old woman did not is still not located.

Begun on Thursday evening, the search operations were concentrated on Friday in the nearby areas where she usually goes, that is to say the area between the Château de Rochasson, Château Corbeau and La Bâtie, in Haut-Meylan, on the first foothills of the Chartreuse. The PGHM drone was used all afternoon to fly over non-forested plots, but to no avail.

The police's call for witnesses

This Saturday, other areas further away towards Biviers to the east, and towards the Col de Vence to the west, were explored by the rescuers, while the area which had already been searched on Friday was explored again with different teams. Interrupted overnight, these searches are due to resume on Sunday morning.

The police are renewing their call for witnesses. The missing person is dressed in a black bottom and a red top, and is believed to have two walking sticks.
