After developing the My Security site, the national police are increasing their range of digital services by offering online appointments at police stations for filing complaints and handouts. Since Monday June 3, this system is now available in all police stations in Marne (districts of Châlons-en-Champagne, Epernay and Reims).
A simple approach, with a “triple objective”
Register “in an effort to strengthen the digital link with the population, the objective is threefold”explains the interdepartmental management of the Marne national police: “avoid unnecessary travel for the user when their procedure can be carried out electronically via one of the teleservices offered by the national police (online pre-complaint, reports, etc.); allow you to organize your trip to the police station according to your personal constraints; limit waiting times at police stations during peak attendance. »
Appointments can be made at https://www.masecurite.interieur.gouv.fr/fr/police-rendez-vous (there is also a QR code). The process is simple, the user just has to let themselves be guided by the questions to obtain their appointment.
If the person “appears spontaneously at a police station during a peak in attendance, the reception officer will be able to offer him an appointment”, it is specified. She “will also receive an email confirmation of your appointment”. With Burgundy – Franche-Comté, the Grand Est region is one of the first to be able to benefit from this innovative system.
