What is the French Grand Prix?

The season for the world's best figure skaters is punctuated by the ISU Grand Prix Series circuit. This competition takes place in six events across the four corners of the globe and that of Angers is the third stage. A week after the Canadian GP in Halifax, the ice athletes will meet at the Iceparc before continuing on to Tokyo the following weekend. The objective of these skaters is to accumulate as many points as possible during these six rounds, to try to qualify for the grand final scheduled in from December 5 to 8.
