Saturday June 1: reflexology and essential oils workshop, at the Cazillac childhood home. Get started with a body practice based on reflex stimulation of the foot and discover the essential oils allowing the body to offer a reading of its needs. With Aude Brocard, wellness massage practitioner and aromatologist. Price: €10, upon registration, 8 places maximum.
Friday June 7: board games evening, at Quatre-Routes, at 7 p.m. at the Rionet reception point. You can bring your own games and shared snacks. Open to all, free.
Saturday June 8: parent/child workshop 0 to 6 years old, in Cressensac, at 10 a.m. at the crèche. A moment of conviviality on a stroller hike. Free, upon registration.
Saturday June 8: cooking workshop, in Cazillac, at 10 a.m., cooking under the nursery school. Françoise offers a summer recipe in a good mood: pissaladière and vegetable roulade. Upon registration, price €5, open to all.
Saturday June 8: sewing workshop, in Lasvaux, 9:30 a.m., at the old town hall. First steps to discover the basics of sewing. Bring your material. Upon registration, free after membership, 6 places maximum.
Friday June 14: digital hotline, at Quatre-Routes, at the Rionet reception point. With Flore, digital advisor of the department. Free, open to all upon registration.
Friday June 14: globetrotting evening, in Cazillac, 7:30 p.m., at the childhood home. Share the unique experience of a backpacking trip through Vietnam for an evening! An experience lived and told by Josette Teillard. Shared pot of friendship, free, open to all.
Saturday June 15: orchid workshop, in Cazillac, 10 a.m. at the childhood center. Jean-Pierre, a volunteer and orchid enthusiast, reveals his secrets. Possibility of coming with your orchids. Free, upon registration.
Monday June 24: the papote cafés take to the fresh air. Exceptionally, at Valentin from 12 p.m. A moment between volunteers and seniors to fight against the isolation of seniors: shared picnic, then pétanque or cards or walk. Transportation possible upon registration. Free. New volunteers will be welcome.
