◦ United States and Canada
◦ Southern Africa: Tanzania, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana
◦ Asia: Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Japan
◦ Islands: Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles, Polynesia
???? Localisation : Paris 17th, Lille or Bordeaux on a permanent contract
Your main missions:
• Advise customers, from the travel project to the realization & effective sale
• Manage the management and advice of requests by telephone, on the website or in the agency
• Discover and understand traveler profiles in order to identify their expectations and define their needs
• Monitor customer files from start to finish, before, during and after the stay
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure their loyalty

Under the direction of the sales director, supported by the production teams, you will evolve in a stimulating environment, where every day is a renewal.
???? What we offer:
• CDI in 40h (possible in 35h)
• Remuneration annual depending on profiles on a 40-hour basis: between 40 and 50k€ (gross + collective and individual bonuses based on objectives)
• Telework 1 day per week
• Restaurant tickets (11€), mutual insurance (50%), 50% reimbursement of the transport ticket
• Participation in educational tours to strengthen knowledge of destinations and products.
Recruitment process : A telephone interview, followed by an interview in our premises with the sales director Karine Soltani and the production manager will be organized.
