Guided by the know-how of the chef, you are responsible for one of the components of the menu or a type of cooking and guarantee the consistent quality of the dishes served in the restaurant. You prepare and cook the products for which you are responsible with your team, while ensuring compliance with culinary manufacturing techniques, hygiene and safety rules and rules for the use of equipment. You participate in the daily management of the restaurant and ensure the stock of raw materials. You ensure the implementation of the service and advise your guests in their choices. You may be required to supervise the clerks and cooks, while passing on your know-how to them.
