The Full Employment Law says that:
All RSA beneficiaries will be:
- Registered with France Travail
- Oriented according to a common framework towards a support path

The Territoire de Belfort was selected in 2024 as a pilot department in the renovated support of the RSA before the effective application of this law.
The renovated support courses will take place as follows:
- An assessment which will make it possible to determine the course adapted to the situation of the beneficiary
- An interview between the single referent and the person receiving the RSA
- Carrying out a socio-professional diagnosis,
- The signing of an engagement contract which will specify an individualized action plan to be implemented for my socio-professional integration
- Personalized support throughout the beneficiary's journey to employment
As part of the renovated RSA support, what support pathways could be offered to me depending on my situation?
- Employment (15 to 20 hours of compulsory activity)
- Balanced (10 to 15 hours of mandatory activity)
- Remobilization (4 to 8 hours of compulsory activity)
- Social
During their journey, RSA beneficiaries will be able to mobilize the range of services offered by the Department and its partners.
