The France Services space in Val d'Arros (Tournay & Pouyastruc) is a success for the residents of the Coteaux du Val d'Arros Community of Communes. Indeed, since its creation two years ago, this service has continued to increase its attendance.
However, many residents do not yet open the door to be supported in their administrative and digital procedures: this is why open days have been organized. They took place over two weeks and the digital workshops offered made it possible to attract those who had not yet dared.
The organization of several café quizzes made it possible to explore knowledge and take advantage of it to disseminate information during a friendly moment. It was also an opportunity to strengthen ties with national network partners (CPAM, Gendarmerie, Prefecture, etc.) as well as local partners who provide on-call services (Mission Locale, Altaïr, etc.). The president of 3CVA, Cédric Abadia, encourages the development of such initiatives for the benefit of those who need them most. The Espace France Services is aware that it must listen to users to make itself better known to them: this is why, every year, in October, France Services will continue to organize door days open in order to answer questions, offer workshops, bring together and consolidate the links of the system.
