The gendarmes of Meurthe-et-Moselle launch this October 21, 2024 a call for witnesses on social networks to try to identify a man in his fifties found dead on a health trail between the towns of Cosnes-et-Romain and Pont-Saint-Martin three days earlier.
In an attempt to identify the victim, the police gave several details about his appearance : “He is a man aged 50 to 60 years old, brown eyes, shaved hair, salt and pepper beard, wearing a pair of glasses. He was dressed in gray jogging bottoms, red sneakers and a blue ADIDAS jacket. No other object or document allowing the identification of the deceased was discovered.”
The victim, aged around 50, was found around 10:30 a.m. on Friday October 18, 2024. on a health journey. On its Facebook account, the Meurthe-et-Moselle gendarmerie explains that the man “was jogging when he felt unwell.”
