This box held a document dated October 6, 1896, written by the priest at the time: Émile Vianet. “It’s quite moving because we find part of the history of this construction with the donors, with the laying of the first stone and the blessing,” reacts Olivier Pévérelli, mayor of Teil.
A few coins were also found within this somewhat dusty metal box. The original document will be preserved by the departmental archives.
