The prefecture of Meurthe-et-Moselle wants to achieve this and brings together local authorities and farmers in the department. In Meurthe-et-Moselle, we are still far from being able to compose a complete meal composed solely of local products but this is indeed the objective stated by Françoise Souliman, prefect of the department.
