The teams made up of four competitors come from establishments throughout Aveyron; the rankings are established according to three categories: mixed – male – female.

This year, the raid consisted of an itinerant circuit starting from La Rouquette, taking the paths and traffic routes to Trigodinas then a descent of the Aveyron river from Orlhonac to Monteils. The raid took place over 24 km in a straight line.

After an Orienteering event departing from the church of La Rouquette towards the stadium, the competitors took the mountain bikes to reach the starting point of the special near the Moulin de la Barre.

The mountain bike course on long special stages required effort management, with technical stony sections and some beautiful climbs.

The Run and Bike took place partly on the GR 36 before giving way to a portion of hilly Trail and an uphill finish, followed by a more rolling format.

The Canoe event allowed competitors to navigate the Aveyron river, and continue with a Biathlon laser run in the Monteils campsite.
