President and CEO of the Performances Group firm, Victor Ndiaye, co-author of the Senegal 2050 National Transformation Agenda, presented, this Monday, October 14, 2024 at CICAD, the face of the Senegalese economy in 2050.

Vision Senegal 2050 intends to unlock this potential, by mobilizing the Senegalese behind a great ambition: to make Senegal a sovereign, just and prosperous country in 25 years. A program focused on the transformation of extractive industries, agri-food industries, value-added services and finally the manufacturing industry. “These four drivers and sectors that we have just seen will change the face of the Senegalese economy and generate a new economic map with more than twenty dynamic economic poles, industrial platforms and tourist zones, logistics crossroads spread across the “entire territory,” listed Victor Ndiaye. Thus, he continues, “a strong State is a State which plans its development…” It is necessary to “straighten, boost and accelerate”, argued one of the authors of the new Public Policy Framework, Vision Senegal 2050.
