This weekend of October 12 and 13 saw the feat of Médoc Atlantique which, in the Coupe de (5e tour) took out FC Portes Entre 2 Mers, 1 to 1 and 4 to 2 on penalties. In the R2 and R3 championships, Arsac Le Pian and Médoc Océan reacted well and won at home while away, and on a day without, Sainte-Hélène was beaten at Casseneuil, 3 to 0.

After the break, we maintain our ascendancy but the visitors score. We reacted well and scored twice for a logical victory,” summarized Mathieu Lamarche, director of the Médocains.

In the R3 Championship

Médoc Océan-CA Bègles (2-0). Half-time: 1 to 0. Goals from Bélarbi (12e) and Dumen (65e). Very diligent, the Maritimes well in place, led to the break. “Bègles reacts after the break. We defend well and, on a counterattack, we kill the match for a deserved success. I am satisfied with the reaction of the group,” reacted coach Jérôme Duc.

Casseneuil Pailloles 2-Sainte-Hélène (3-0). Half time: 0 to 0. Goals to 51e83e et 90e minutes. “We are completely missing out on the match against a team within our reach. In a day without, we have to get back to work to react quickly after this Sunday to forget,” analyzed William Gouin, the Médocain coach.
