Matt Lang ignites Mtelus with the launch of his 3rd album!

More than 2,000 country music fans warmly welcomed our star’s brand new album new country Matt Lang last night at Mtelus in Montreal!

Matt and his musicians premiered the 9 new tracks from the album as well as their new touring show which will stop across the four corners of Quebec starting next June.

Presented by Lasso Montreal And WKND 99.5 And WKND 91.9the evening literally transported us to the lively Broadway of Nashville with a flamboyant show and a competition of beer pong to win a trip to Music City.Kiosks of Lasso Montreal And Indiana Jeans also entertained and brought the country atmosphere to the Mtelus as soon as the doors opened. True to form, Matt Lang delivered a festive and flamboyant show and proved, once again, that country is alive and well in Montreal!

With artistic direction by Vicky Morin And Etienne Jolya video design by Zachary Cajolaisa lighting design by Pierre-Luc Bédard, Etienne Joly as musical director and a surprise participation from Pixmob who gave luminous bracelets to all the spectators, Matt Lang was an eye-catcher!

All Night Longer is the 3rd album by the artist from Maniwaki. The 9-piece opus follows More (2020) and his eponymous first album (2018) which won over fans of country music in Quebec and who introduced him beyond our borders. Directed by Danick Dupelle, the recording was split between Nashville and Quebec, where Matt was able to include his touring musicians for the first time. We find the titles there All Night Longer And Sweet On You released earlier this year as well as several other festive songs such as Over Getting Over You And Hundred Beers(co-written with Steven Lee Olsen and Danick Dupelle). The artist allowed himself to explore his more pop side with Drink About it and comes to touch us straight to the heart with the ballad Get Over You written by the popular Eric Pasley, Benjy David and Lindsey Rimes.
