XALIMANEWS: The judicial control of Pape Alé Niang has been lifted. The announcement is made by the journalist himself.

Indeed, the investigating judge of the 2nd cabinet, Mamadou Seck, ordered the lifting of the judicial control measure, the request for which was filed by his lawyer Me Moussa Sarr.

“The facts alleged against the applicant falling within the scope of the said amnesty law, it is appropriate to grant his request, for these reasons, we order the release of the judicial control measure of the accused Pape Alé Niang,” wrote Judge M.Seck in his order issued yesterday, Tuesday.

In addition to the lifting of his judicial control, the new general director of RTS, Pape Alé Niang announces the end of his live broadcasts on the YouTube channel of the Dakarmatin site and the release of his book on the Sweet Beauty case entitled: “Adji Sarr affair, Ousmane Sonko, the state conspiracy: how was captain Seydina Oumar Touré sacrificed? “.
