The Haute-Savoie CCI and the Haute-Savoie Departmental Directorate of Public Finance (DDFiP) will support businesses facing economic challenges.

The CCI 74 and DDFiP 74 have just signed a strengthened partnership in order to offer businesses appropriate tax support. The CCI Haute-Savoie represents 60,000 companies in the industry, commerce and services sectors. She works for their development and supports business creators and buyers throughout their journey. As for the DDFIP of Haute-Savoie, it ensures, among other missions, the management and control of the files of companies established in the department. She ensures that she supports them upstream in their reporting processes and in their development. It thus provides entrepreneurs with legal certainty in tax matters, essential in strategic decisions and guaranteeing the proper application of tax regulations.

Inform business leaders about tax matters

This partnership is a continuation of close cooperation between the CCI 74 and the DDFiP 74. It responds to a unanimously recognized need for better visibility of the tax environment for businesses, and is aligned with the law, to a State serving a trusted society, adopted in 2018. As part of this new convention, the CCI will benefit from even more targeted support in tax matters, to help businesses better understand the economic challenges of the future. Concretely, this collaboration is structured around five strategic axes: Facilitate the dissemination of public tax policies to businesses in the department, in order to allow them a better understanding of the measures that concern them, inform business leaders about security measures tax legal, particularly in terms of tax rulings, and personalized tax support (AFP-PME), to better guide them in their strategic choices. Direct businesses in difficulty towards appropriate support systems, in order to prevent risks and promote their recovery. Respond across the board to exceptional sectoral crises, by quickly implementing tax assistance measures decided by public authorities. Finally, support the modernization of the CCI in terms of tax management, by providing up-to-date information on taxation and public management practices.

Strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of businesses in Haute-Savoie

For Marie-Hélène Hérou-Desbiolles, Director of the DDFiP of Haute-Savoie, “ The signing of this agreement with the CCI reinforces our collaboration in the service of Haute-Savoie companies. The DDFiP is mobilizing to support them and provide them with the legal security necessary for their economic action and development. » As for Philippe Carrier, President of the CCI Haute-Savoie, he affirms that “this partnership with the DDFIP strengthens our mission of supporting businesses in a context of economic uncertainty. We are convinced that, through close collaboration, we will be able to provide entrepreneurs with the benchmarks and tools necessary for their growth. ».
