On Wednesday May 8, the Ardèche firefighters carried out a somewhat unusual intervention. The victim: a sheep, which had just fallen from a cliff of around ten meters, and which found itself in the waters of the Ardèche river, in Balazuc. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m., at a place called Viel Audon, a hamlet nestled on the side of a cliff in the Gorges de l’Ardèche, inaccessible by car, where goats and pigs are raised.
