Jean-Marc Richelme, until then parliamentary attaché to MP Christian Girard, took the opportunity to denounce “the hatred, human malice and jealousy” of some who pushed him to make this decision.

He leaves. Jean-Marc Richelme, the departmental delegate of the National Rally in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence has decided to resign from his post. At issue, an open war with his own deputy, Christian Girard.

“Today, it’s over. Hate, human malice, jealousy, lies have put an end to it. I’m turning the page on all that,” says Jean-Marc Richelme.

Bas-Alpin takes the opportunity to attack MP Girard without ever naming him. “These people disgusted me. I will not forget the good times I spent with all of you. I am talking about you, the real activists, and also you, the young people of RNJ 04, Rémy Julien Laurine Miffred Vincent Conio Gomez Sebastien Canson You are the future of this federation,” concludes Jean-Marc Richelme in a message published on Facebook.

Christian Girard pushed out of political office

For several weeks, the situation in Bas-Alpin had become untenable within the RN 04 federation. At odds with his deputy Christian Girard, of whom he was one of the parliamentary attachés, Jean-Marc Richelme had decided to push the parliamentarian into outside the local political office.

Contacted by BFM DICI at the end of April, Jean-Marc Richelme indicated that he was on sick leave. “I no longer want to work with Christian Girard,” explained the Bas-Alpin to BFM DICI. Formerly of the Les Républicains party, he joined the National Rally in January 2023.
