Two-phase investments

“We now use 100% ceramic molding sand, eliminating silica fumes in the air from traditional sand. We also modernized the working environment with new lighting and complete optimization of the molding line,” mentions Christian Gagnon.

The second phase of investment will begin in the coming months and will make it possible to acquire molding and finishing equipment.

“The team members and I are very happy with the modernization of the foundry which allows us to offer the team a greatly improved working environment for the well-being of all,” underlines David Côté, general manager. from Soluroc – Waterloo Foundry.

The amount of these investments has not been made public by the company.
