Portes-lès-Valence: embark on a jazz night

Saturday May 18, the Train-Théâtre invites the public to attend the 20th edition of the Night of All Jazz(s) where around ten artists will perform on stage.

If you like the world of jazz, then go to the Train-Théâtre! Saturday May 18 from 6:30 p.m., embark on a borderless journey into the world of jazz. An evening co-organized with Jazz Action Valence, Crest Jazz and the Zebracorde collective. The event offers the public the opportunity to discover jazz across eras, styles and geographies. This year, many artists will be present, including singer and composer Marion Rampal. A journey between roots and invention, words and melodies, highly written music and improvised music, between here and elsewhere.

An audience of artists to applaud

The evening will begin with a concert by the group Tigre et sofa followed at 7:45 p.m. by Thibaut Fontana JAV Workshop. At 8 p.m., Julia Richard will take over the main stage of the Train-Théâtre to give voice. At the same time, within the Train cinema, the Drôme group Everyone son sud will introduce the public to its universe borrowed from world music and poetry. Fans of the genre will also find Michtology, Benoît Convert, Trio Atrato, Pouëtte Duo and even KLT & Jessy Palma.
