A benefit and projects for the Le Noirmont Clinic

The Le Noirmont Clinic draws positive results from its 2023 financial year. The results recorded last year were presented on Friday morning during the general assembly of the Franc-Montagnard institution. Financial indicators remain stable compared to 2022 despite several significant investments, particularly in the energy sector.

The establishment welcomed an average of 78.9 patients per day at Noirmont, a number similar to 2022. Ultimately, the 2023 financial year ended with a profit of 392,000 francs. A result deemed satisfactory by those in charge of the institution since it is the third consecutive year in the black figures. Among the major projects carried out last year, the clinic cites the installation of more than 600 photovoltaic panels. An emphasis on sustainable development which will continue this year with, for example, the replacement of the heating system.

Technology at the service of healthcare workers

New technological tools have also been put in place, including voice recognition devices to accurately transcribe doctors’ reports. The clinic emphasizes that in terms of human resources, a new salary scale has been developed to offer more attractive remuneration.

Work is also underway in the psychosomatic unit to cope with the increase in demand for single rooms.

Note that Kristian Schneider left the board of directors of Clinique Le Noirmont while Yann Neuhaus and Marco Franchetti were elected to join the body. /comm-alr
