Things are moving among the title holders in LMP2. Inter Europol Competition has indeed announced the reshuffle of its crew in preparation for the 92e edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 15-16). Since February and the publication of the first entry list, Jakub Śmiechowski and Tom Dillmann have been confirmed aboard the Polish Oreca 07 No. 34.

From now on, the crew of the latter is complete but only Jakub Śmiechowski survived this redesign. Indeed, Tom Dillmann will ultimately not be part of the adventure in Sarthe. The remaining two places were allocated to Clement Novalak and Vladislav Lomko, who were among the reserves, in the second Inter Europol Competition Oreca 07.

This is my second participation in a 24 hour race this year, and I hope it will be easier for me, after missing Daytona! (injured leg and hip during the last practice session), confides Clément Novalak. I can not wait to be there ; It’s drivers’ favorite race and we all look forward to it.

Being part of such a strong team, which won last year, gives me a lot of confidence. There will be a lot of preparation, but riding at night on such a magnificent circuit and meeting the challenges as they arise will be fun. I consider it a home race and I hope it will bring me those little extra tenths. »
