The Heka residence in the new Armagnac district in Bordeaux

We return to the Saint-Jean station district in Bordeaux with the start of construction on a new residence

The first stone of the Heka residence was laid in the new Armagnac district, a stone’s throw from the Saint-Jean station. We are 3 km from the ring road and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. This new residence which is emerging from the ground will accommodate 95 new housing units spread over 4 buildings, from studios to 5 rooms, from €165,000.

A new project… in wood!

This is one of the originalities of the project: the use of wood for the structure of the buildings. But these buildings will also benefit from optimal sunshine with 80% of the apartments which will have a double orientation. You can also enjoy the sun thanks to the numerous roof terraces which have been opened up by the offset of the landings.

New equipment

This residence will benefit from new future equipment. The ongoing urban development project south of Bordeaux is the largest outside of Paris. It will be completed by 2040. Until then, new residents will appreciate the opening of the Belcier swimming pool along the Garonne in place of the old recycling center, 900 m from the residence, but also, simplified access to the right bank via the Simone Veil bridge which will be accessible by next July.
