Was it going to be carried by the movement of the body, the images of Provence, or the influences of Corbusier? It will ultimately be all three, with a strong desire for chlorinated water! “The sea and the wind gave me the idea of changing the look of diving suits“, confides Virginie Viard. Strongly animated by the film Le Grand Bleu by Luc Besson, the artistic director immerses us in the heart of an underwater reverie with lots of embroidery of small loving fish, fishing nets, shells and of crustaceans which water dresses, suit jackets, vests, blouses, t-shirts and small tank tops.

The Chanel woman becomes a diver at heart, who before jumping into the water trains on dry land, dressed in capri pants, jogging pants with embroidered braid, tweed cyclists, an oversized teddy and hoodie revisited. She then puts on her one-piece swimsuit, with zip and American neckline to take the plunge and lounges by the pool with shorts and mesh cardigans, flowing skirts wavy with small sparkling waves, light blouses with childish prints reminiscent of the children in the Corbusier schoolyard.
