Lhe regional authority of the Energy Efficiency Service (SPEE), which carries the Hauts-de- Renovation Pass system, has not left .

The organization, which supports all owners and co-owners, occupants or lessors in their overall renovation project, without condition of resources, has just changed premises, leaving Boulevard du Port d’Aval for Rue Sully, in the ZAC of Montières.

A team of 28 people

A move motivated mainly by logistical reasons. “ The set we were on turned out to be too small, we felt a little cramped, concedes Alice Morcrette, director of SPEE. Especially since we plan to recruit staff. » From 23 employees, the SPEE team will increase to 28, with the upcoming arrival of five new employees.

For the public, this change of premises has no consequences since, as was already the case before, there is no reception dedicated to them. Because before being put in touch with Hauts-de-France Renovation Pass advisors, you must first go through the Laure platform, created in 2016 by Amiens Métropole. A one-stop shop allowing residents of the Metropolis, who have a project to renovate their home, to have access to all the information and aid and support systems.

In 2023, the SPEE supported 289 individual houses and 20,100 condominiums.

Energy renovation work includes replacing windows, insulating walls, changing certain joinery, etc. The subsidy rates (from 35% to 90%) are determined according to resources, the type of work and the energetic performance.
