Trampoline and Acrobatic Gymnastics: Major Sports in Antibes and on the Côte d’Azur

Antibes and the Côte d’Azur are historic bastions of trampoline and acrobatic gymnastics, disciplines in which the region has excelled for many years.

Last year was particularly successful with a historic record of 5 French champion titles in Acrobatic Gymnastics and a French team vice-champion title in National Division 1. These titles will be up for grabs on May 4 and 5.

The men’s trampoline team also enjoyed great success by moving up to Division 2 after a 2022-2023 season marked by a third place in Division 3. This is the first time in several years that the club’s two trampoline teams, men’s and women’s, are playing together in Division 2.

Building on its successes, the club already organized the 6 Nations European Trampoline Tournament last year. And the ambitions don’t stop there: club officials are working to organize a Freestyle Sports World Cup stage for 2025 or 2027.

Trampoline and acrobatic gymnastics are on the rise in Antibes and on the Côte d’Azurand the local club is determined to continue its momentum of success and to carry the colors of the region high on the international stage.
